Can I cancel my order?

If we have not shipped your order yet, which usually takes up to 24h, we might still be able to change or cancel your original order. Make sure to get touch with our Rider Service under webshop@lobstersnowboards.com as fast as possible. When your order has been confirmed to our warehouse it is almost impossible to change or cancel your order. It is, however, possible to return your product to us. Please find our return policy here.
