Should the product not meet your requirements then you have a right to return or exchange – simply send the product back to us in an unused condition within 45 days of receipt.

Please ensure that you return orders with sufficient postage - returns for which postage is not paid will not be accepted. We recommend you enquire about the delivery costs at the post office and different delivery services (e.g. UPS, FedEx, USPS), so you can find the best and cheapest delivery service for your return.

We cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit during its return. You may wish to insure or send via registered post.

The return delivery costs will be refunded to you if we have made an error, if the product was damaged during delivery to you or if the product is faulty.

If you would prefer a refund of the paid amount, please make sure that you supply account details (including IBAN and BIC/SWIFT numbers for international purchases).
